Individual Program Design
At High Mountain, we understand that a one size fits all program doesn’t work. All of our clients are unique and have different goals. You will receive a custom designed program to get you to your specific goals.
Goal Setting Sessions
You will receive frequent One-on-One Goal Setting Sessions with your Coach to ensure success of your program.
Our InBody Body Composition Machine is used to provide our clients with real numbers. Every 30-90 days, you and your coach will review your Body Composition results. During this session, you receive weekly and monthly Body Composition goals. We look at your progress in Body Fat % and Muscle Mass. After reviewing you InBody results, your Coach will help you set new goals and provide you a roadmap to get to those goals before your next meeting.
Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do at High Mountain. Our Nutrition Program is designed to get you the results you are looking for. We don’t believe in templates. Your Customized Nutrition Program is designed to get you the results you are looking for. It’s time to hit your body composition goals and increase your mental capacity.
