ONGOING NUTRITION COACHING
- After you have completed your Customized Nutrition Program, you will graduate to Ongoing Nutrition Coaching
- The accountability of having a nutrition coach is key to staying on track
- With Ongoing Nutrition Coaching, you will have weekly online check-ins and food log reviews with your Nutrition Coach, 30 minute monthly consultations and an InBody Scan to continue watching your progress
- Ongoing Nutrition Coaching will automatically take effect after the last day of your Customized Nutrition Program
3 Month Commitment!
Stage 1: Customized Nutrition Program – The first month begins with goal setting, measurements and building a sustainable nutrition plan built around your goals.
Stage 2: Month 2 and 3 is the accountability stage. Through Ongoing Nutrition Coaching, you will learn healthy habits and skills that will help you maintain good nutrition for life.
