Foundations Program

 We created the Foundations Program to give you a step-by-step guide to a healthy life. Every day for 30 Days you will be given a combination of workouts, nutrition advice and tips and tricks for creating a happier life.

During your first 30 days, you will receive:

  • 4-6 Private, One-on-One Sessions with a High Mountain Coach
  • Full access to our Online Incubator Program
  • Daily Habit Setting Techniques
  • Full Access to our “3-Minutes a Day” Nutrition Foundation Videos
  • 2 Meetings with a Coach
  • 2 InBody Scans

You’ll be given homework, with step by step video instructions and checklists, like:

  • Clean out your Fridge
  • How to prep meals for a successful week
  • How to deal with set backs

You’ll try a CrossFit Group class, track your workouts, meet amazing people and get a KICKSTART for the rest of your life!

After your Foundations Course, you will:

  • Review your progress with your coach
  • Choose which workout option you like best (Individual Design, Group, at-home plans)
  • Meet with your Nutrition Coach to discuss next steps
  • Begin mindset training to help you deal with stress and win your days

First 30 Days of Nutrition

We don’t mess around with Nutrition. We know attaining your goals is 80% Nutrition and 20% Fitness. All new members start with a Customized 30 Day Nutrition program.

During your first 30 Days, you will receive professional nutrition advice from your Nutrition Coach, Coach T. Coach T will provide you with the tools needed to get your nutrition on track. This is not a one size fits all program. Your Nutrition Program will be customized for you goals and your lifestyle.

During your first 30 days of Nutrition, you will receive:

  • Individualized Nutrition Plan
  • Weekly Online Check-Ins and Food Log Reviews and Feedback
  • 2 In-Person Body Composition Progress Reviews

This program will teach you the healthy habits you need to set your Foundation for lifelong results. After your first 30 days, you and Coach T will review your progress and set a game plan to conquer your next 30 days.
