High Mountain Teens (ages 12-18)

$95 monthly membership – No Contracts

Teen classes are 60 minutes and held MWF from 3:15-4:15 pm

You are welcome to stay to watch the class or leave your Teen to workout and come back to pick them up at 4:15 pm.

Empowering Kids & Teens to acheive anything they put their mind to through movement and nutrition.

All movements are scaled to each individual childs abilities, making this an all inclusive fitness program for all fitness levels. 

Quarterly goal review sessions are held with the child, parent and Coach to ensure goals are being met.

Improved Athleticism

Our youth program focuses on teaching youth proper movement mechanics. Our first priority is safety, second is FUN. The Teens and Kids programs train children to be physically prepared, encompassing all 10 general physical skills.
(strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, speed, agility, power, cardiovascular endurance and accuracy)
Our Teen program has a stronger emphasis on body-weight and gymnastics movements, as well as power and olympic lifting technique.

Improved School Performance

Studies show cognitive health is improved through physical fitness. Consistent adherence to this program can have a positive impace on childrens academic achievement.

We program homework sessions and BRAIN WOD’s into our youth classes.

Improved Confidence & Discipline

We firmly believe that highlighting Bright Spots in our youth will empower them to get out of their comfort zone. When they win on the gym floor, it will translate into their lives outside of the gym.

Meet Our Coaches

Kasey Marble

Head Youth Coach & CrossFit Coach

Coach Kasey Marble played sports in his youth and has been coaching CrossFit since 2012. His goal with High Mountain Kids & Teens is to empower youth to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. CrossFit is the foundation of anything you want in your personal life, work life or in the world of youth sports. He believes that youth should have an opportunity to develop themselves into the type of person and athlete they strive for.

Kelly Washburn


Kelly and Logan Washburn opened High Mountain CrossFit in 2013 with the intention of making peoples lives better through nutrition and fitness. Their members overcome obstacles every day in the gym, which allows them to tackle obstacles outside of the gym. Kelly loves seeing the youth in High Mountain Kids & Teens step out of their comfort zones and push past those same obstacles. Our team at High Mountain CrossFit helps our members through more than just fitness, we help people become better humans and live happier lives.
