Barbell Club Fall 2018
For our Fall Barbell Club, we will be offering 2 very distinct 6-Week programs. The programs are designed to work together to help you first build absolute strength in the 3 main lifts (Squat, Bench, and Deadlift) via the 6-week Powerlifting Program, then lead right into a 6-week Olympic Lifting Program to refine your technique and increase your strength in the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. The program will work best if you choose to do both programs, but picking one of the 6-week programs will still get you optimal results in those specific lifts. Best of all, Barbell Club leads right into our Liftoberfest Event on October 27th.
12-Week Barbell Club
August 7 – October 27
$335 for the Full 12-Week Program
We designed these programs to follow each other back to back. The 12-Week Program is the optimal program for building strength in all lifts. In the first 6-weeks, you will work specifically on the 3 main lifts (Squat, Deadlift, and Bench). The following 6-week Oly cycle peaks for max snatch and clean & jerk testing. Together, these programs will get you to new PRs and better technique across all lifts.
Classes are Held:
Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:30 pm
Saturdays @ 6:30 am

6-Week Powerlifting Program
August 7 – September 15
$180 for the 6-Week Program
Perfect athletes looking to gain strength and lean muscle mass, the Powerlifting Program focuses on improving the big-three lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) as well as the primary movers associated with bringing up each of those lifts up.
During this 6-Week program, you will learn how to have a positive attitude in approaching lifts. Mindset is a huge factor in making gains in any lifting or fitness program. During the first 6-weeks, we will work on your mindset to ensure your success not only on the lifting floor but in all aspects of your life.
This program is 3 / 90-minute sessions per week and is geared toward powerlifting and bodybuilding.
6-Week Olympic Lifting Program
September 18 – October 27
$180 for the 6-Week Program
Our upcoming Oly Club covers 6-weeks of specialized, intimate coaching with an emphasis on building strength and motor skills in the Olympic Lifts. The program is designed to take you to the next level of Olympic Lifting, regardless of your current experience level.
During this 6-Week Cycle we will cover the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Squats, Jerks from Blocks, Accessory Work and Mobility. You will learn how to properly warm up for lifting, dial in your technique and gain confidence in approaching heavyweights.
This program is 3 / 90-minute sessions per week.
Registration for this program opens in September. With only 15 spots available, we plan on seeing it full with those who opt-in for the full 12-Week Program.
